Hello and welcome to Little Swan Counseling & Wellness, PLLC! Little Swan is an entirely online-based psychotherapy and life coaching private practice in Illinois. I currently work with Headway, Talkspace, & GrowTherapy in providing therapy to adults, 18 years old+, for individual therapy sessions. I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurance providers:

Life Coaching is available for private pay rates and is provided through HIPAA-compliant live video sessions with Doxy.Me. 

Meet the Team

Hello, my name is Joshua Connor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I graduated from Western Illinois University with my Bachelor's of Social Work in 2014 and my Master's of Social Work, Clinical Concentration and specialization in Gerontology in 2017. I have worked in healthcare for over the past 10 years in a variety of roles, including- community based mental health, hospital social work, palliative care, home care social work, and working with individuals with chronic and end-stage diseases. I have worked with individuals in addressing depression, anxiety, adjustment to chronic health issues, and in working through other various life stressors.

I believe in a patient-centered, holistic approach in providing counseling. I believe in treating everyone with with the utmost courtesy, respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness techniques- all tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to start a journey of self-exploration with the aim for a better, healthier life. If you are ready to take your first steps, I am here to help support and empower you along your path.
